Rosemary Koola was awarded First Place in the Richmond Joint Engineering Council’s (RJEC) Essay Contest on February 20th. Rosemary is a first-year student in the High Tech Academy Program and her essay was titled: The Significance of Civil Engineers. In addition to recognition at the RJEC Banquet at the Jefferson Hotel, she received a $100 cash prize.
