The ‘Deep Space’ Chesapeake-Richmond VA District Competition for FIRST Robotics was held this weekend at Deep Run High School. Tucker’s team 384 SPARKY battled it out and ended up as a finalist in the competition. During the awards ceremony 384 SPARKY received the 2019 Excellence in Engineering Award. The team has been truly committed to excellence this year, and couldn’t have made it this far without the hard work of the students and support from the advisor and parents and guardians.
