The ACE Center at Hermitage finished in the first place Alliance on 1-18-20 in the FIRST Robotics FTC qualifying event in Orange, Virginia. Our team, Smokey Jr. was selected by the top qualifying team from Gainesville, Virginia to join their alliance. Together the alliance of the Frogbots and Smokey Jr. put up the highest three-point total in the state this year! This also qualified the ACE Center at Hermitage’s Robotics team for the state event in late February. The team has put in time after school and Saturdays since last November. Their hard work, team effort, and Gracious Professionalism has made a wonderful season.
