Charlotte Skorupa won a cake design contest and made her cinnamon graham cracker cake with chocolate ganache filling and toasted marshmallow buttercream.

The planets and moon are made from cake as well and the fondant is marshmallow fondant. ALL MADE FROM SCRATCH and in house! 

So incredibly proud of Charlotte. She is a young pastry chef in the making!!
