State Course Title: Legal Systems Administration
Legal Systems Administration is a one-year course designed for business students who want to be highly-trained legal office workers or want to specialize in other fields in a legal environment. Students develop skills that prepare them for employment in attorneys’ offices, clerks’ offices, judges’ offices, and insurance firms.
During the second semester, advanced students may spend time in a legal office with the approval of the teacher in either shadowing (for experience) or co-op (with pay).
Students have the opportunity to become certified in the following field(s):
- Administrative Services Assessment
- Workplace Readiness
