All great paying with advancement and benefits. Every school should honor students moving to the world of work after high school. School is about options and in many cases going to work and maybe starting college later should be accepted as a legitimate option for a young person. In many cases an employer will pay or help pay for college so that a young person does not start their adulthood with debt.
